Privacy

The short version

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and has no forms. We only get personal information if you email us, and we use it only to reply to you.

Who we are

This site is run by Sixagentic, a software studio in the UK. For anything about your data, email privacy@sixagentic.com.

When you visit this site

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical details such as your IP address and browser type. We don't use them to identify you or to build a profile, and we don't add any analytics of our own. Cloudflare explains how it handles this data in its privacy policy.

When you email us

This includes joining the Workshop waitlist by email.

• What we keep: your email address, your name if your email shows it, and what you write.
• Why: to reply to you. If you ask to join the Workshop waitlist, we also use your address to tell you when there's a place for you, and for nothing else.
• Lawful basis: replying to a message you've sent us is in our legitimate interests (and yours). The waitlist is based on your consent: you asked to join it. You can leave it at any time.
• How long: general emails are kept for up to 24 months after our last reply, then deleted. Waitlist addresses are kept until Workshop opens to you, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.
• Who else handles it: email sent to sixagentic.com addresses is received by Cloudflare and forwarded to our mailbox at Google. Both may process data outside the UK, under the UK's safeguards for international transfers.
• What we never do: sell your data, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop using it. Email privacy@sixagentic.com and we'll reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

If this page changes, we'll update the date at the top.
